How To make Moroccan Lentils Soup
INGREDIENTS:
- Lentils 1/2kilogram=1.10 pound
- Pepper (optional) onion or green onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Parsley and cilantro
- Tomato sauce
- Spices (salt,ginger,paprika,chili powder(optional) ,garlic powder) 1tablespoon each
- Quarter of a cup of olive oil
- Chili paste (optional)
- Let lentils sit in water for 1h then clean until the water is clear,thenheat the oil on a slow fire then put ur veggies and garlic,stir for 5 minutes then add the spices
- Add parsley and cilantro mix well
- Add tomato sauce
- 2cups of room temperature water then put on the lid and let cook for 30 mins on a medium fire
