How To make Moroccan Lentils Soup 




INGREDIENTS:

  • Lentils 1/2kilogram=1.10 pound 
  • Pepper (optional) onion or green onions 
  • 3 cloves of garlic 
  • Parsley and cilantro 
  • Tomato sauce 
  • Spices (salt,ginger,paprika,chili powder(optional) ,garlic powder) 1tablespoon each 
  • Quarter of a cup of olive oil 
  • Chili paste (optional) 


MAKING:TIME:45 mins 

  1. Let lentils sit in water for 1h then clean until the water is clear,thenheat the oil on a slow fire then put ur veggies and garlic,stir for 5 minutes then add the spices 
  2. Add parsley and cilantro mix well 
  3. Add tomato sauce 
  4. 2cups of room temperature water then put on the lid and let cook for 30 mins on a medium fire
