How To Make Mushroom Risotto Fast
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 MEDIUM SIZED ONION OR 2 SHALLOTS
- 5 MUSHROOMS
- 50g BUTTER or OLIVE OIL
- 150ml HEAVY CREAM
- PERSIL
- 2CLOVES OF GARLIC
- PARMESAN CHEESE
- ROUND RICE
- SALT AND PEPPER A
MAKING:
- Boil mushrooms for 5 mins in hot water, in a pan butter it,put onions,garlic,parsley stir
- Add heavy cream and mix
- Add your mushrooms and the mushroom broth them rice, don’t forget to season it
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 25 mins on a medium fire
