How To Make Mushroom Risotto Fast  


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 MEDIUM SIZED ONION OR 2 SHALLOTS 
  • 5 MUSHROOMS 
  • 50g BUTTER or OLIVE OIL 
  • 150ml HEAVY CREAM 
  • PERSIL 
  • 2CLOVES OF GARLIC 
  • PARMESAN CHEESE 
  • ROUND RICE
  • SALT AND PEPPER A


MAKING:
  1. Boil mushrooms for 5 mins in hot water, in a pan butter it,put onions,garlic,parsley stir 
  2. Add heavy cream and mix 
  3. Add your mushrooms and the mushroom broth them rice, don’t forget to season it
  4. Cover the pan and let it cook for 25 mins on a medium fire
